PH RESORTS GROUP HOLDINGS, INC.\u2019s 2020 Annual Stockholders\u2019 Meeting (ASM) will be held on 22 July 2020 at its principal place of office at the 20th<\/sup> Floor Udenna Tower, Rizal Drive corner 4th<\/sup> Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City at 11:00 AM.\u00a0 The approved Revised Notice and Agenda may be viewed\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For Stockholders\u2019 reference, the discussions of the items in the agenda are contained in the Updated Definitive Information Statement (DIS) for the 2020 ASM, may be viewed\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ASM will be conducted virtually or by means of remote communications.
